ปัจจุบันโรงเรียนอนุบาลเชาวน์ดี มีทีมงานผู้บริหารสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท ด้านการบริหารการศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, Integrated Science and Technology, Web Programming และ Graphic Design จากประเทศสหรัฐอเมริการ่วมกันจัดทำโครงสร้างหลักสูตรพัฒนาเด็กวัยอนุบาล วันเริ่มต้นที่สำคัญของชีวิตให้เป็นเด็กมีศักยภาพเพียบพร้อมด้วยคุณภาพในยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ ควบคุมกับการเรียนรู้ ภาษาอังกฤษ และ ภาษาจีนกลาง ทุกวันในบรรยากาศ เรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุข และเป็นธรรมชาติ
